Tactical:

Data Management and Prospect Calling

  • A warm lead sheet of HR and marketing professionals of the corporate sector will be provided
  • These leads need to be called on according to the marketing scripts and offer we have designed for them
  • You are expected to check the lead’s website and linkedin page before making the call for a better conversion rate
  • Update the requirement and contact status on the lead sheet

Sales Proposal

  • Send an intro mail to all contacts immediately after the call (maximum within 24 hrs)
  • Note specific queries and requirement of the calls on the lead sheet
  • Daily update call with sales

 

Sales Conversion  Client Co-ordination

  • Write emails professionally to record all discussions
  • Be the interface between client and ops team from sales to closure to final feedback
  • Make client quotations and follow up with clients
  • Negotiate Win-Win deals  and Maintain profit margins as per company policy

 

Strategic

  • Getting new references and testimonials from clients
  • Getting leads for Agency collaborations or other channels
